Agnes Monica, who doesn't know her? Young and pretty, can sing and dance, also can act. I like all her songs. Today I saw her performance on Trans TV, bringing her songs from her latest album "Sacredly Agnezious". Even with her short hair, she still looks pretty and feminine.

Well, this is not a reporting about basketball event. I don't like basketball, 'cause I can't play it well. It's just a coincidence. After worked at the office this afternoon, I went to Tunjungan Plaza to get my mom's cosmetic at one of cosmetic booth @ SOGO, TP4. On the way from parking area to enter SOGO, I heard noise from across the street, the valley area. It draw my attention and I can see red tents with sign "L.A. Lights", a cigarette brand.

I enter SOGO first to pick the cosmetic, then I decided to enter that valley area. Now I can see what the noise is all about. There is a basketball game, which name "LA Streetball". I just walking around to choose a good place to take picture with my pocket camera (which recently I always carry wherever I go). Here are some of my photos.. enjoy... not really good shot, 'cause I just used pocket camera, if only I have used my SLR camera :D

Today is a holiday for celebrating Ascension day of Jesus Christ. After spending almost all of my day in front my notebook, I went out to church this early evening. Like always, on holiday, the street is vacant, really nice, wish everyday like today.

Arrived late at the church, being on my own, sitting alone. The church is not so crowd. Following the praise and worship from the worship leader. The song "kalau bunyi sangkakala, kalau bunyi sangkakala..." made me shiver. Mr. Alex brought the preach today about His coming is being so near. So, better for us being aware... be faithful and be prepared...

After couldn't sleep well last night 'cause I try to reinstall/repair my VB.NET installation, which end up with the same error! :(
Today, I turn on my computer, and wow, surprise, my profile back to normal again!!
So, what did I do last night?? Really wasting my time, if only I knew all I got to do is just log off and login again, so simple :p
But, dunno if that problem came up again and can't be fixed, so I better back up my system now :p

Want to continue working on my project..

Suddenly, got trouble with my windows, my profile can't be accessed.
So, my windows just like I never login before.
And the bad news is, the VB.NET became error!!
My work really obstructed... :(

Meanwhile, hearing news about my x-yg, having an ill, make me confused, want to visit him but can't... only can pray for him getting well soon...

Finally... I can finish my very first, very simple FORM
Still a long way to go before finish this project ... :p

As far as I can tell, VB.NET is cool, eventhough I'm facing troubles using it 'cause not very familiar and I'm weak in Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
So I think I'll continue to use this instead of VB 6.0 which I usually use. Maybe it's too late to realize and upgrade myself, but it's better to be late than not at all, right... ;)

Using VB.NET without using ADO.NET ??

After thinking and trying and confusing, I give up on MySQL
'cause I can't use the .NET Connector - means I won't use ADO.NET
and the second reason I can't fill DataGrid using data from MySQL, so strange

So, I decide to back to the basic, use SQLServer instead of MySQL
And that means I'll use ADO.NET off course :p
Eventhough that won't make me finish this project faster
'cause I'll have to learn this new things
But, I won't learn if not being pushed this way right? ;p

Almost one month I lost my appetite...

The project that have been given to me which I'm starting to work on, make me get my appetite again, but on the contrary my stomach can't compromise. I couldn't eat normally yesterday, and today I can eat more but everything I put into my stomach just out not so long after I ate. So I'm kinda have conflict inside my body.

I think sooner or later I'm going to be thin or going to be sick

After one and a half day trying to find solution how to connect VB.NET to MySQL using MySQL Connector NET, became frustated, I give up
So, I'm going back to use MyODBC instead, than wasting anymore time..

Hope I can finish this project soon, so I can go out of this town

Strange weather

Strange weather

After being in the office yesterday, on the same room with a lot of people which caught influenza, I feel my nose began to have problem again. In fact, I'm getting well already the day before...
I guess because of the strange weather that happened recently, so many people got sick, same problem every time the weather change.

Today, the weather become strange too. From morning 'till afternoon, the weather is really hot, I fell kinda headache 'cause of that. But, suddenly, the rain falls, and the sky is cloudy, for almost 15 minutes, then the rain stop falling, the sun came out again, not for long, now it's cloudy again.

Well, I think the weather is not much different as my feeling...

Lost my appetite

Lost my appetite

I started this week by being in bed for 2 days cause I caught influenza
On Wednesday, I still not feeling well but I pushed myself to go to office
On Thursday, I worked at office for almost half day
After that, on the afternoon, I went to my brother's opening celebration of his new business
But I didn't know why, I can't eat anything, I have no appetite at all
So I just drank es dawet and eat bubur ketan

Untill today, I still lost my appetite
Today I just ate half bread, es degan, and 2 pieces of chicken
And I don't know why, I just feel sooo bad mood all this week

Well, today I received a rather shocking news
My domestic help, which is about 14 years old has been enganged yesterday
And, the other one, which is about 16 years old is getting enganged too in August
Wow, so quickly, at the age I can say very very young...

While me... twice their age... is still single...
Feel locked up at my own home
Can't even just see x-yg which lives out of town

And so I decided not to get married
'cause my mom don't want to lose me, right?
